Having qualified from university in 2004 with degree in Interior & Architecural Design I worked freelance for various architects and interior studio's until I opened my own interior design studio, Revere Interior & Architectural Design in 2013. Noticing a gap in the local market for quality interiors, the buisness rapidly grew.

Needing a change of direction for my very hectic life and wishing that a place like Bohemia already existed, I decided to produce a place where I would want to spend my time. Bohemia Yoga Cafe opened in April 2017 out of my passion for interiors, yoga and healthy living - not to mention coffee & cake!


Yoga Instructor - Hatha / Stress & Anxiety & Holistic Therapist - Reiki / Reflexology / Aromatherapist/Massage

I have been teaching Hatha Yoga and relaxation for 24 years and have taught to different age groups and abilities. My classes are focused on posture, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help with stress relief, anxiety and muscle and joint problems.

In addition, I am qualified in Reflexology, Crystal healing, Massage and I am a practitioner and teacher at Reiki Master level. My belief is that through Yoga practise and the use of Holistic therapies, we can learn to cope with the daily stresses of life and to allow time to enhance our health and well-being.


Yoga Instructor - Hatha / Ashtanga / Children's

I have a professional background of working with children and families. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, which is known as the birthplace of Yoga. Here, I learnt the ancient methods of Hatha Yoga. Following on from my training, I travelled to Mysore, India (home of Ashtanga Yoga) to live and breathe the yogic lifestyle. My teaching began here as I tuned into the subtleties of yoga posture, breath and meditation. I have a sincere passion for helping people reach their full potential through the transformative effect of yoga. Combining a holistic approach to well being, I take individual needs into consideration allowing all students to leave class with a lighter body and a clearer mind.


Yoga Instructor

With a professional background working with children and families, I have a sincere passion for helping children, young people and adults live life to their full potential. With a holistic view to wellbeing, I have completed a vast variety of training allowing me to combine both current theories with ancient techniques. I am qualified to teach Mindfulness, Meditation and Teen Yoga and I have also recently completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha and Ashtanga) in Rishikesh, India, also known as the birthplace of yoga.

My classes are dynamic and focused, delivered with a light heart and care. I have a passion for supporting yoga practice in the area because I know first hand how much better you can feel for a bit of yoga in your life. Classes at Bohemia are small enabling me to give students lots of personalized support and attention which I love. My teaching is rooted in the eight limbs of the classical style of Ashtanga Yoga which I studied in its homeland Mysore in India. I am a Chartered Level 1 Yoga Alliance Teacher having trained extensively over the years with inspiring teachers in both India and Europe. I continue to learn and grow as a teacher by staying true to my daily practice as well as visiting my teacher Joey Miles on a weekly basis.


Dru Yoga Instructor

Growing up, I was immersed in my Mum’s love of yoga. Mum had such a calm and fun-loving personality; always happy and always smiling. She was my first yoga teacher and the inspiration I now have to help others, through my teaching.

In 2014, whilst on holiday in Deia - a small coastal village in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, in Majorca - where I was surrounded by the most amazing scenery and atmosphere, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a yoga teacher.

I feel very privileged to have been on this journey and to see where it takes me next. And importantly, who I can help along the way.

Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being and is suitable for anyone to practise.


Yoga, Pilates & Balance Instructor

Having been in the fitness industry for many years teaching a variety of group exercise session’s, including chair based exercise for the elderly and frail. I then developed an interest in ‘Pilates’. I embarked on a CYQ Level 3 mat based Pilates course, I completed and have been teaching Pilates for six years, focusing on safe alignment and also modefying exercices to ensure appropriate form and technique.

I have recently completed a 200 hr yoga teaching course (yoga alliance credited) in Goa, India, which is the foundation of yoga !

I teach balance, flowing movements which generates a soothing internal heat throuout the body. Through deep voluntary breath, we embody balance, strength and release.

My classes are suitable for anyone to practise.

Tai Chi Instructor

I have been teaching Tai Chi for over 10yrs, Dao Yin Breathing and {Kai Men] exercises, similar to Chinese Yoga.

Tai Chi is not a goal to be attained, but a never ending journey to be experienced and that experience will enhance the lives of all who practice it.
